"The dietary pattern can influence the immune system directly, but may also modulate it indirectly by regulating the gut microbiota. (...)The prevalence of bacterial genera/species with known beneficial effects on the intestine, including butyrate-producers and probiotic species and the balance of autoimmune-related variable genes/families were (...) altered in the short-term vegetarians. What food is included in the care package? 

All meals and  snacks are 100% plant-based and are adapted to the receiver's health needs. During the customized call, we work on getting them the best program that works for them.

Am I locked in in a plan?

You can text us or email us anytime to pause or cancel your subscription.

What are the safety measures in light of COVID-19 Pandemic?

We are closely monitoring and following the CDC and FDA health and safety recommendations. Deliveries are contact-less: we will leave boxes in a safe place by your door and send you a text message to alert you that your food has arrived. 

Your snacks will be delivered in new, sealed and safe glass jars and tins. The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person. Foodborne exposure is not a route of transmission. 

Shorter telomeres have been associated with poor health behaviors, age-related diseases, and early mortality. Telomere length is regulated by the enzyme telomerase, and is linked to exposure to proinflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress.

Why is it $245 for 7 days?

This includes shipping, taxes, and premium organic ingredients. Given that you receive a total of 60 snack portions, this makes each snack less than 5 dollars while providing more than 50% of the micronutrients needed per day.

In response to COVID-19 outbreak, 10% of what you pay for all our services will go to NO KID HUNGRY, a non-profit working on feeding children deprived from access to meals due to school closures.

Can I order for two people?

Yes you can but please do it separately as we want to track the health needs of each of your loved ones and it's better to have different order numbers.
